📦 Shipping Within the U.S. Only

We currently ship nationwide within the United States — no international orders at this time.

🚚 Flat Rate & Free Shipping

• $5 Flat Shipping Rate on most orders
• FREE Shipping on orders $74.99 and up (ensure discount is applied before checkout)

📍 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Make sure all details, abbreviations, and spacing are correct.

If there’s an issue verifying your address, our customer service team will reach out to help resolve it.

If you realize your shipping address is incorrect after placing your order, contact us immediately at manifest@destanidecor.com.

We’ll do our best to update it before your order ships. However, if your order has already been processed or shipped, Destani Decor cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Destani Decor is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

For delivery issues, please contact UPS or USPS directly, depending on your tracking information.

Shipping fees and order costs are non-refundable in these cases.

🕓 Processing & Shipping Times

• Regular orders ship within 2–10 business days from the date of purchase.
• Handmade or custom products require 3–10 business days for processing before shipment.
• Delivery times vary by carrier and destination; checkout estimates may not always be exact.
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
