How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are made with care and typically take 3–5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to be completed before shipping.
When will my order ship out?
Once your item is finished (within 3–5 business days), it moves into the packaging stage. During this time, you’ll receive a tracking number, and packaging typically takes an additional 1–2 business days.
Why isn’t my tracking number updating?
After receiving your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for USPS to update their system. It’s normal for tracking to take a little time before showing movement or an estimated delivery date.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and USPS shipping speeds. Once tracking updates, you’ll see a more accurate estimated delivery date.
